These terms govern your use of Fltcopilot telemetry software and automated navigation systems for industrial cargo drones. By accessing our platform, you agree to the conditions below.
Fltcopilot provides telemetry data processing, automated navigation logic, and mission planning tools for B2B clients operating cargo drones in agricultural mapping. Our software is delivered as a licensed service, not as physical hardware. You receive access to the platform, documentation, and updates during the active subscription period.
You are responsible for maintaining valid drone registration, pilot certifications, and flight permissions required by Malaysian aviation authorities. You must ensure that your drone hardware meets the minimum specifications outlined in our documentation. Any modifications to the aircraft that affect sensor alignment or communication interfaces must be reported to Fltcopilot before mission deployment.
All telemetry data collected during your missions remains your property. Fltcopilot processes this data solely to deliver mapping outputs and improve navigation accuracy. We do not sell or share your operational data with third parties. Aggregated, anonymized performance metrics may be used for internal product development without identifying your specific flight locations.
Fltcopilot software is designed to assist pilots, not replace human oversight. We do not guarantee that automated navigation will avoid every obstacle or that mapping outputs will be free from error in all environmental conditions. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service period in which a claim arises. We are not liable for crop damage, equipment loss, or regulatory fines resulting from mission execution.
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Fltcopilot may suspend access immediately if you violate export restrictions, use the software for unauthorized purposes, or interfere with other clients' operations. Upon termination, you retain access to previously generated mapping reports, but real-time telemetry features will be disabled.
We may update these terms to reflect new features, regulatory changes, or operational adjustments. You will be notified via the email address registered to your account at least 14 days before changes take effect.
